1. Brother Content available on this service includes content licensed from our licensor, DISNEY CONSUMER PRODUCTS, INC. (hereinafter referred to as “Disney Content”)
   Disney Content is accompanied by the following statement in the Service:
   
   “The embroidery/design patterns offered on this website are for personal non-commercial use only.”
   
   
2. In addition to the terms that apply to Brother Content, the following terms also apply specifically to Disney Content:
   1. Disney Content cannot be used with Brother PR Series embroidery machines, which are identified by product codes starting with “PR”.
   2. Disney Content is content purchased individually, separate from the Paid Subscription Fees, and made available for your use.
   3. The use of Disney Content for commercial purposes or for the purpose of offering it for sale is prohibited. Disney Content can be used only for your personal enjoyment.
   4. Disney Content cannot be edited in any way, except for resizing and inversion of cutting data.
   5. Disney Content must not be used with other Content placed around it or be commingled with any other Content.
   6. The copyright notice of Disney Content must not be removed.
3. In the event of any discrepancy between the terms of section b) above and other terms of the Company Terms regarding Brother Content, this paragraph b) above shall take precedence with respect to Disney Content.
